Probiotic foods: Yogurt, Kefir, Buttermilk, Aged cheese: Bleu, Gouda, Cheddar, Swiss, Cottage Cheese, Parmesan, Sauerkraut, Pickled Beets, Brined Olives, Tempeh, Soy Sauce, Sourdough Breads. However, many commercial products are pasteurized and preserved with sodium benzoate to prolong shelf-life, both of which kill helpful bacteria. Check the labels. (Simple solution: Oatmeal for breakfast and Yogurt for lunch is the easiest to eat on a daily basis.)
Great suggestion from the original pinner :) I know exactly how to make this work ^_^ Breakfast green tea to drink and 2 eggs. Lunch I can make a yummy salad with tomatoes feta and olive oil based dressing. Snacks for the day 1 orange, greekyogurt w/dark chocolate and walnuts, sliced apple sprinkled with cinnamon and raw honey. Then I can have whatever I want for dinner haha! success!
