Taco Del Mar style Fish Taco recipe | Garden of Eatin': these were the best fish tacos I've ever had. I left out the pico. Use 1 1/2 pounds fish and keep everything else the same, good for dinner for 5 with a side dish
THE BEST fish taco sauce! 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 lime squeezed, 1 jalapeño, 1 handful cilantro, 1 tsp minced onion, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1/2 tsp cumin and chili powder Toss all ingredients into food processor until well blended and creamy! Refrigerate before serving! So yummy drizzled on fish tacos!
