We love it, but what we don’t love is having to boil the milk, mix in various cheeses and scrape the bottom of the saucepan to keep the cheese from burning…. This slow cooker recipe eliminates all of that and we added more cheese (always a good thing), so you still get a molten cheese dish without all the hassle.
I think we need fruit and low fat cheese along with the pretzels. I often use grapes, oranges, and watermelon for brunches. They go far. I think the mints might be a sugar rush for those with diabetes. More
