Oven 350F. In medium bowl, mix together flour, spices, baking soda, baking powder, & salt. In separate large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, & brown sugar w/electric mixer on low. Mix in vanilla. Gradually blend flour mix into butter mix til well combined. Roll dough to ¼” thickness (chilled dough will roll easier). Bake as large sheet (20-25 mins) OR cut out cookies with cookie cutters and place on parchment paper & bake 12-15 mins. Cool on racks before serving.
