I'll add this next, 3 days a week alternating with the arm challenge. I'm planning to take each week and treat it like a day from this plan so it'll actually take me 30 weeks to complete it. Of course I'll reevaluate its impact to my body as I go. I know it'll be affective at a snails pace, but I don't want to set myself back.
