Ingredients: 4 cups ice 1 cup chilled pineapple juice 1/2 cup blue curacao 1/2 cup rum 1/2 cup cream of coconut 4 pineapple slices 4 maraschino cherries Directions: Place the ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, rum and cream of coconut into a blender and puree until smooth. Divide evenly among 4 glasses and garnish each with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
BLUE HAWAIIAN 2 ounces pineapple juice, 1 1⁄2 ounces vodka, 3⁄4 ounce blue Curaçao liqueur, 1⁄2 ounce fresh lime juice, 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup, Splash of half-and-half, Pineapple leaf and lime wheel. Combine in shaker with ice, shake, Strain into tall glass filled with crushed ice. (Or combine everything in a blender cup. Add 3⁄4 cup of crushed ice and flash blend for 5 seconds. Pour into cocktail glass.) Garnish with the pineapple leaf and lime wheel.
