Sandra's Pork Roast with Apple Mustard Glaze. I'm going to crockpot some pork strips with this glaze and when they're done, pour the crockpot juices into a pan and make a sauce to use over the strips when they're done. (using what i have in the freezer instead of buying a roast).
3 lb. bone-in pork shoulder 1 lb. baby carrots 7 oz. pearl onions (I used frozen) 8 oz. package brown mushrooms, halved or quartered as you like 6 oz. can tomato paste, no sugar added 2 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. dried thyme 1 tbsp. dried sage 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 cup seasoned chicken broth (beef broth works too)
