Imperial Stuffed Halibut Recipe - Bonefish Grill Recipe adapted it to my style, added red bell pepper minced. Sauted veggies in butter and deglazed pan with 1/3 c white wine. Used thyme, tarragon and white pepper as seasoning. Did not make pocket, simply laid topping on top of halibut. All my ingredients were cooked except for egg so I baked @ 400 degrees for 20 min. Great hit with all. Served over corn as in video and added baked asparagus as a side. Quick and easy.
Bonefish House Salad...if I hadn't ever had the Bonefish house salad, I would really love this. It was good and we'll definitely make it again, but it just wasn't quite right. The dressing was a little too sweet - definitely add less sugar than called for. But it was still good!!
