Crock Pot Boneless Country-Style Ribs. This one is a winner! Before i have always thrown the ribs in with just barbecue sauce... and they turn out ok... but cooking it first in this mixture and then adding the sauce toward the end works so much better! Loved it.

Good guideline if you have never made western or country style ribs before. I seasoned with onion powder, salt, and pepper and then sauteed with bbq sauce in a non stick pan until carmelized. I don't have a broil option on my oven and was afraid of drying them out. They were very tender and flavorful. I served them with veggie mix and pierogies I found in the freezer section for a very easy meal. I am no longer a rib virgin lol :)
