Pork Loin to remember! The best recipe I've ever made! (I reduced the cooking time to 4 hours on low) INGREDIENTS 1 3-4 lb. boneless pork loin roast ⅔ C grated parmesan cheese ½ C honey 3 Tbsp soy sauce 1 Tbsp dried basil 1 Tbsp dried oregano 2 Tbsp chopped garlic 2 Tbsp olive oil ½ tsp salt 2 Tbs cornstarch ¼ C chicken broth 1 tsp sugar, optional
Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin Crock Pot - so, mine didn't exactly look like this....or even close. I think I overcooked it, will have to test theories. But the glaze was REALLY good. Will put this in the rotation and work out the cooking time!
Standard Pork Roast Recipe... in the oven now! Rubbed a peppery olive oil/balsamic vinegar mixture, sage, thyme, kosher salt, crushed black pepper, garlic, and a sprinkle of raw cane sugar into slit top. Roasted fat-side up in our new roast pan.
