"When I came to realize that I was the one who was destroying my life, my jobs, and my relationships -- when I realized that I was the one adding to the damage -- that I was the one obstructing the goals I so deeply longed to achieve, I knew I had a choice." -- Debbie Corso, "Stop Sabotaging: A 31-Day DBT Challenge to Change Your Life," available at: http://www.my-borderline-personality-disorder.com/p/my-books.html
Borderline Personality Disorder These are all to true. Definitely the self assurance, if I won the lotto I would def get plastic surgery. Pay to have tutors to learn things so I wouldn't be so ignorant. This isn't a cry for help, it's allowing my emotion to not be bottled up.
