Bouvardia - Bouvardia is a shrub that blooms slender 3 ½ in. (9 cm.) long flowers with four petals. These flowers were named after Charles Bouvard, personal physician of Louis XIII and caretaker of the Royal Gardens in Paris. The flower is available in a range of colors and abundant during summer to early winter but can be found all year. Bouvardia are considered a symbol of enthusiasm and are frequently featured in wedding floral design. Photo credit: Undisclosed.
