Brasa: The Triangle's only authentic Brazilian steakhouse. Brazil is know for handsome gauchos riding the vast pampas herding beef cattle. The steakhouses feature rodízio service—traditionally, a unique style roasted meats served by Passadores, who visit to the table with skewers on which are speared various kinds of meat—beef, pork, filet mignon, lamb, chicken, sausage, and even pineapple.
*MEET ME AT CHIMA STEAKHOUSE!* - SHARING A ONE-OF-A-KIND EXPERIENCE - Chima Steakhouse, named after "chimarrao", a traditional drink of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, that symbolizes hospitality and friendship-certainly lives up to its name. Legend has it that, in South Brazil traditional gauchos (cowboys) would consume a diet that consisted almost entirely of beef. The meat was seasoned, placed on skewers, and slow cooked over a wood burning flame.
