Tuscan Bread Soup (Ribollita). Cannelini beans, spinach leaves, bread/croutons, onion, celery, tomatoes. It was nice: we enjoyed it. I'd suggest cutting back a bit on the fresh rosemary but otherwise nice seasonings and flavors. I omitted the extra olive oil at the end of the recipe.
