I love slaw! Great thing to prepare a whole lot of and just have for a side dish during the week to grt your dose of raw leafy green veggies! Of course abstaining from mayo is the key to a nice healthy slaw ;)
In a large bowl combine broccoli, carrots, red onion, apples, pecans, and dried cranberries. To make the dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, greek yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the salad and toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
