Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts INGREDIENTS 1 lb. fresh brussel sprouts 2 Tablespoons Olive OIl 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar or Balsamic Dressing Salt and Pepper to Taste INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. Cut each brussel sprout in half and place on a cookie sheet or in a casserole dish. Coat with Olive Oil and Balsamic, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
