I used low-carb flour tortillas and a green chile enchilada sauce that was also low in carbs for these Low-Carb Slow Cooker Green Chile Chicken Tacos with Poblano-Cabbage Slaw; you can also make these tacos with lettuce wraps if you want even less carbs.
