Reading Nonfiction: Notice and Note Bookmarks (FREE) Based on the book Reading Nonfiction: Notice and Note Stances, Signposts, and Strategies by Beers and Probst, I created colorful bookmarks with the five signposts, signpost definition, text focus, and question on them. The bookmarks are one-sided, but are meant to be cut in half and then folded in half to create a front and back.
Red chicken curry - excellent. Definitely make again. A favorite. Used TJs chicken tenders and sautéed whole, cooked all the way through and let rest while cooking veggies and sauce. Then cut into bite sized pieces and added. Used trivia as the sweetener. One red and one yellow bell pepper, no carrots. Used basil but Thai basil would be great. Used one whole can coconut milk and two cloves of garlic.
Made this tonight! YUM! My Coho Salmon was on a bed of asparagus, used our own seasonings minus the pepper flakes and parsley, cooked at 375 for 25 mins and broiled for 3 mins, we had a .86 lb and cut it into two pieces, defiantly worth cooking!
