Mango Lassi 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup milk 2 mangoes, peeled and pitted, or 1 cup frozen mango cubes 1 Tbsp. honey or sugar, or to taste pinch cardamom (optional) Put all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Serves 2.
Mango Lassi Popsicles; 1 1/3 c. THICK Greek Yogurt; 11.3 oz. can Mango Nectar Concentrate; 1 ripe mango, peeled + chopped (about 1 1/2 c.); 1/2 c. sugar; 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom; 1 Tb. crystallized ginger, chopped; 1/2 c. chopped pistachios. Pour all , minus pistachios, into a blender. Cover + blend until mostly smooth.
