Whoa baby, this towering confection is NOT your momma's carrot cake. Four layers of deliciously moist cake are spread with sweet, cream cheese frosting, then topped with a layer of salted caramel sauce and sprinkle of sea salt, making for a incredible cake that will steal the show at any occasion. The “half-dressed” aka the thin layer of frosting on the outside of a cake allows the layers to show through. It’s impressive and easy!
