21 Day Fix...Potato salad...1 yellow (1/2med potato) 1green (celery and carrots) 1 orange (olives) 1/2tsp minced garlic 1/2tsp of mustard 1tsp of coconut oil and I made Smokey Southwestern Seasoning with the recipe from the meal planning book and sprinkled some of that on...it may not look pretty or presentation worthy but it certainly was yummy!!!
Celery is another great friend of the dentist. Eat it raw and it will not only massage your gums, but clean your teeth. It will also induce the production of more saliva that will neutralize the bacteria that cause cavities.
Daily Green Smoothie :) Begin with anything you want to put in a salad (except croutons & cheese!). Like spinach, celery tops, broccoli, cucumber, and zucchini. (1-2 handfuls of each!). Then add fruit whatever your favorite, like frozen blueberries, strawberries, & 1/2 banana.
