Pinner says "Charity..something my family has taught me so much about and something I will never forget. Reading these words sound just like my aunts, mom, and grandma in my ear telling me to always be the best person I can be. These are the women I aspire to be like, I'm so glad I get to call them family"
Hmmm accepting the person for who they are is the easy part but getting them to realize it now that's what's hard...I don't need to prove anything to you you know the type of person I am and I'll always be here for you even at your lowest time in life
Make a list of all the obstacles, both internal and external, that might interfere with your reaching a ripe old age. You make a list of all of the additional knowledge, information and skills, particularly those with regard to exercise and stretching, that you will need to acquire to reach your goal.
true.....know way too many people that only do for others if there is something in it for them...for example: "I will contribute to this charity...oh yay me, I can deduct it on my taxes" or "But you ARE an ATM...what do you mean that is no longer going to happen...well then you are a ______"....worthless people I SWEAR.
