Two Chicago police officers, Shannon Spalding and her partner Daniel Echeverria, have launched a federal lawsuit after uncovering a massive level of corruption inside the Chicago Police Department. After the first two cops were arrested, the investigation was shut down. Allegedly, there were supervisors that were involved and off limits. The two officers were exiled and shut out from their fellow officers. After being harassed, they filed the lawsuit.
