A simple take on this classic Filipino recipe. #chicken #adobo I also add potatoes, white onion, and a little brown sugar. I make mine more soupy - Two cups soy sauce, one cup vinegar. Instead of chicken wings I use chicken breasts or thighs (just a personal preference )
