You can use turkey or pork mince in this recipe too if you want to skip mincing the chicken thighs. Chicken & sausage jambalaya. made this tonight - added celery and carrots with the onion and used paprika, cumin, cayenne and chili powder instead of cajun. put a dollop of sour cream on top. soo good and creamy!
