Shredded chicken parmesan manicotti. I made this mixture for shells instead. I also doubled it like she said and it made a full 9x13 dish of shells. I had shells left over as well but did use all the mixture. I also added fresh basil to the mixture. A good tablespoon.
Parmesan Crusted Chicken Just mix mayo (1/2 c) and parm cheese (1/4 c), garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread over chicken breast fillets in a baking dish, sprinkle italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 20-30 minutes.
