Coconut Macaroons + Chocolate = Perfection. Oh my goodness. These are so simple and smell like heaven. Next time (and there WILL be a next time!) I think I'll just drizzle the chocolate on the top, or even put a hershey kiss on top for the last few minutes in the oven to melt it. If I do dip it, I'll use the whole bag of chocolate chips (it only calls for half).
