Chocolate Oatmeal Banana Bread - ahhhmazing!! This was easy to throw together. Didn't have a loaf pan so I used a 9" square pan and baked for 35 minutes. Added a smidge of butter on top because that's how I roll. This was really good - will definitely be making this version of banana bread again!! (will try adding flax seed and partial whole wheat flour)
