Korean Style Pork Chops - These were incredible! I had company over on the 4th of July and made these with mashed potatoes and salad and everyone loved them! They were very tender and delicious. One thing I would change: I marinaded them for 2-4 hours instead of only 20 minutes. It makes them much more tender (Haley).
1 lb boneless pork chops 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix water Spray crockpot w non-stick spray. Sprinkle chops w some dressing mix. Combine soup, dressing mix and ½-1 full soup can of water, mix well. Pour some of soup mix into crockpot bottom.Place pork chops in crockpot. Cover chops with the rest of sauce. Cover Cook LOW for 4 hours. Serve w Noodles or Mashed Potatoes.
