So, a friend of mine who wholesales Coffee Beans gave me his favorite tip for brewing a delicious pot of Coffee... TIP: Put your whole beans (especially if you keep yours in the freezer, like I do) in the microwave for 15-30 seconds before grinding, just until they are warm and fragrant. Makes your coffee come out with that fresh-roasted smell and mellow flavor. Thanks for the tip, Mondo! ~~ Houston Foodlovers Book Club
