Crock Pot Mac and Cheese. This was fantastic. I made it exactly according to directions (I used the casserole macaroni), and put a liner in my slow cooker, then sprayed it. I stirred at 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, and then before serving (maybe an hour later). Very filling, and thumbs up from my picky mac & cheese connoisseur.
Cheesy Bacon Oven Chips 1 large, uniformly-shaped russet potato, scrubbed well and sliced into 1/8" rounds* cooking spray 3/4 C. shredded colby jack or cheddar cheese salt & pepper to taste 2 T. crumbled bacon (about 2 slices) - chopped parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)
Cheesy Cauliflower Breadsticks: this was really pretty good, I steamed and then mashed the cauliflower by hand, it tastes like potatoes and has a slight quiche like quality to it. Halved recipe and used Colby jack cheese and Italian seasoning. I would try this again w/a sharper cheese. Made 3/27/15
