We love taco dip. And as an easy cold no bake appetizer this taco dip is pretty hard to beat. It has basically has 8 layers: avocados, beans, green onions, sour cream (plus some spices), salsa, olives, cheese, and bacon. Because this taco dip is so easy to throw together, but still always gets rave reviews, we find that it is the perfect last minute party item. It could be a tailgate dip or a super bowl party dip, or simply something you enjoy on family night. You'll love it!
Fiesta Dip 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 16 oz. container sour cream 11 oz. can sweet yellow and white corn, drained 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed 10 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained 1 1/2 Tbl. salsa seasoning mix (I used taco seasoning) 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese tortilla chips In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover; chill at least 24 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 10-12. (Can serve warm or cold)
