No - it's not paint! Can you believe it cost less than $50 to update this old countertop? It's easy and uses something other than paint or stain to lighten up the color of the concrete.

Painted my countertops with Rustoleum Countertop Coating. Applied 2 coats of white rustoleum paint and then sponged on a light brown latex paint. I then sponged on another coat of the white rustoleum to blend and finished it with 3 coats of water based polyurethane. Total cost: under $50.00. Love the results!
