Pudding + Cool Whip = The only frosting you will ever need! Mix 1 vanilla pudding packet with 1/2 of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Fold in 1 container of Cool Whip. Now lick the spoon. YUM!

Beat all but cool whip with whisk, fold in cool whip. Can use any flavor pudding - cheesecake for carrot cake, lemon, chocolate. Easy, quick and light.
