Chicken Cordon Bleu Rice Bake - Chicken, ham, swiss cheese, sour cream, chicken soup and rice. This was SOOO delicious. We ate this for dinner and leftover for lunch the next day. Great way to use up leftover holiday ham. Everyone cleaned their plate!
