Homemade Corn Chips - 1Ccornmeal 1Toil 1/2tsalt Bring 3/4 to 7/8C water to a boil & add cornmeal, salt, & oil. Scoop 1 heaping teaspoon full of mixture for each chip & place it on well-greased baking sheet. (Be sure to use plenty of oil, or they will stick) Moisten your fingers & pat the chips out thin. Bake in 400° F oven for about 10 minutes.
