Cheesy Shrimp and Grits... I'm not a huge grits fan but this has bacon, shrimp and cheese, it must taste good!

Fresh Corn Grits- copycat recipe of Zea Rotisserie Restaurant. We've had these often at Zea in ABQ, but I use white grits & always add 1 tsp of garlic powder & plenty of finely sliced scallions to make it taste even more like the real thing at Zea's. Those are omitted in this recipe, but they have them in the grits at Zea's ABQ.
