Kielbasa, sauerkraut and potatoes -- I don't often cook this but it's delicious. I think this would also be great cooked on the stove, in the oven or in a pressure cooker, just depending on which ingredients you use. I sometimes also make corned beef to go along with this but it's not really necessary. But it is a type of comfort food and it's pretty darn yummy. :)
