My favorite slow cooker recipe-Cowboy Stew. I leave the meat out (no one misses it!) and cut my potatoes in fourths. I also don't add the jalapenos because some don't like it as hot as me. It's delicious on a cold winter day with warm rolls. Leftovers are even better!
