Shrimp & Crab Burgers: You can make them with crab or shrimp only. I tossed a handful of cooked shrimp into the mini food processor and chopped it finely. I placed the chopped shrimp in a small bowl, added the leftover crab, one egg white, cajun seasoning, and four crushed melba toasts. I formed two small patties and cooked them for about 4 minutes per side in a non-stick skillet coated with a teaspoon of coconut oil.
