My family has been making these for years now, they are like crack. once you try it, you have to have more. But we don't bother with the pretty arrangement of them, we just cut them and stuff them in our faces.

Taco Rollups: 2 pkg cream cheese (1/3 less fat), 1/2 cup finely shredded Mexican 4 or Monterey Jack cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Seasoning (in the salad dressing aisle). Mix all together and spread evenly onto a medium sized tortilla or wrap. Then roll it up tightly and slowly, so it doesn't tear. Chill the roll-ups for 10-20 minutes uncovered. Slice the chilled roll-ups into one inch slices. | Mad Momma
