I personally didnt like this supplement i didnt feel like it did anything for me. I have taken other creatine supplements before and obviously you have to keep your water intake high but with this supplement it actually made my kidneys hurt if i didnt take in enough water so i stopped taking it and i was fine after that and havent had the problem since.
