Would you believe us if we told you this vibrant display cost less than $10? Cross our hearts. It's made from unfurled rolls of Paper Mart crepe paper, which is, yes, insanely affordable and light enough to hang from the ceiling with painters' tape. It also comes in 34 hues. Enlist it to create a ceremony marker or dress up a bare wall.

Fire breathing dragons
We made these fire breathing dragons, and it was a really fun project. There are several ways to make them. To make our version, you’ll need the following: cardboard toilet paper rolls red and orange crepe paper paint (green, yellow, black) glue wooden beads mini green pompoms
Halloween Crackers: Cut an 11" square of crepe paper, roll around a candy and toy-filled toilet paper roll (or half a paper towel roll). Glue seams closed. Wrap a contrasting paper or design around center. Tie the ends with twine, snip for fringe if desired. Slip bat or spider rings over the twine. Pull the ends to break open!
