Ok, so I was watching an episode of Cutthroat Kitchen and there was a patty melt challenge. After the show, all I could think of were juicy, cheesy, oniony burgers! So I ran (jeepneyed) to the nearest supermarket and bought my ingredients. These are half pound patties each topped with three slices of American cheese, and finally covered with a generous serving of caramelized onions + a secret sauce :P CRAVINGS SATISFIED!!!
