Dale Adam Dye (Class of '81) (born October 8, 1944) is an American actor, presenter, businessman, and retired U.S. Marine captain who served in combat during the Vietnam War. Dye is what is known in military parlance as a "mustang", i.e., someone who began as an enlisted service member and earned their commission after enlistment, in Dye's case rising all the way from Private to Captain.
