Celebrity Chef David Burke recently opened this seafood-specific restaurant on the Upper East Side to great acclaim. Burke has made it his goal to make Fishtail the first sustainable-seafood restaurant, and all of the fish is fresh and locally sourced from the New York area.
Lobster Dumplings @ David Burke Fishtail, Upper East Side, Manhattan, New York. Incredibly creative, and beautifully presented appetizers, that are great to start a working lunch off with. The claws are left on the dumplings here, and you use them to pick them up, just like you'd do with a chicken wing.
