Well, you can be both. But intelligence is usually something that's just a part of you, you can knowledgeable from memorizing a bunch of facts. Of course, the definition of knowledgeable is "intelligent and well-informed" whilst the definition of intelligence is "the ability to acquire great knowledge and skills". So who knows?
