The Department of Child Support Services’ display portrays the story of Stone Soup. The soldier in the village is holding the stone and spoon to portray the beginning of the story. A fire is lit under the pot and the pot of soup is brimming over from all the food donations made possible through everyone’s contributions!
Department of Child Support Enforcement came out and said that child support will only be able to be used for child's needs. It can not be used for rent, gas in your car, hair supplies at hair stores and nail shops.
"A Kanawha County Sheriff's Department license plate reader helped a deputy apprehend a man wanted on a felony warrant Thursday. Jackie L. Bruer Jr., 46, of South Charleston, was wanted on a warrant for felony failure to pay child support, according to a news release from the Sheriff's Department."
