The DAV employs a corps of National Service Officers (NSOs) & Transition Service Officers (TSOs) who represent veterans & their families with claims for benefits from the VA, the DoD & other government agencies. Veterans needn't be DAV members to take advantage of this free assistance. TSOs offer benefits counseling & assistance to service members submitting claims for VA health benefits; vocational rehabilitation; education & much more.
