2 lbs boneless, skinless pork shoulder roast, 1 can Dr Pepper 1 tspn honey 1 tbls balsamic ½ tspn salt & pepper 2 cups BBQ sauce Med-high heat, brown pork on all sides. Put roast in slow cooker. Pour soda in the pan & deglaze, scrape up pork bits on the bottom. Cook for 2 min, scraping bottom. Pour soda over meat. Add honey, vinegar, salt, & pepper. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Drain off excess liquid and shred the meat into small bits with two forks. Add the BBQ sauce and cook 1 hour.
